However, finding excellent training that honors our Catholic principles can be challenging. New age ideas and practices have become extremely common in the coaching field. You’re so right. This is a thrilling time to be considering the field of coaching as a profession or seeking to level-up the skills and training we already have! Unfortunately, the opportunity to receive authentic Catholic training is almost non-existent. And good luck finding a Catholic program aligned with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), the gold standard for ethics, accountability, and best practices around the world.
